With almost 40 years of experience in the Residential, Commercial, and Investment Real Estate Industry, Apee is known to be “a great negotiator on your side”.  Selling many properties over the span of his career in Winnipeg and surrounding areas, he has been recognized for many accomplishments such as Hall of Fame award, Lifetime Achievement Award and in the top 25 Canadian Commercial Teams for Re/Max Western Canada (2023). 

Over the span of Apee's career, he has been directly involved in a variety of sectors within the Industry.  He was a former Board of Director, Vice Chair, and Chair for Entegra Credit Union (which has now merged with Assiniboine Credit Union).   Apee was also appointed to the Board of Revision of the City of Winnipeg to chair and conduct residential and commercial property tax appeals.  In addition he  managed three gas station locations simultaneously expanding over 20 years and supervised approximately 100 employees.  Apee also served on the Board of Concordia Hospital Foundation and was the Co-Chair of Concordia Hospital Golf Fundraising Committee.
